66339.5. (a) Except as provided in subdivision (b), this article shall supersede a conflicting local ordinance. (b) This article does not limit the authority of local agencies to adopt less restrictive requirements for the creation of a junior accessory dwelling unit. (Added by Stats. 2025, Ch. 520, Sec. 13.
